The Casa del Capitano has a lovingly designed, fully fenced outdoor area. To relax, there is a whirlpool, an outdoor shower, a lounge area and a panorama barrel sauna.
Help yourself to the herbs in the garden when cooking in the wonderful outdoor kitchen. To enjoy the food you will find space at a table with 4 seats under a parasol.
Of course, there is also a deck with loungers for sunbathing.
Inside
A comfortable sofa and a Frame flat screen TV awaited them in the living room.
The fully equipped open kitchen has everything your heart desires.
The bedroom is furnished with a 180cm double bed and has an LED flat screen TV.
In the transition area there is a cozy reading corner and a wood-burning fireplace.
The bathroom has a walk-in rain shower

The houses at Semaforo have a unique location in the middle of the national park with a breathtaking 360° view over the island of Elba and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
You get to the house via a private road that may only be used by residents.

GTE past the house
Since the plots of land on the Semaforo are very quiet and secluded, the house's main power supply comes from solar panels on the roofs of the houses. The water supply comes from the in-house artesian well
